He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Roeder and Hannah Roeder; his sister Carolyn McCarty; his son-in-law Timothy Alfieri; and his niece Monica Kimmerling.
He is survived by: his wife Muriel Jacqueline Roeder (Schrank); his sister Marylyn Brown (Raymond) of Anderson, IN.; his children, Michael Roeder (Amy) of Sulphur Springs, IN, Pamela Alfieri (Tim) of Senoia, GA, Douglas Roeder (Yvonne) of Kansas City, MO. and Marrietta Riley (Jeff) of Greenwood, IN.; and his grandchildren, David, Matthew, Rachel, Abigail, Brittany, Anthony (Savannah), Nick, Holly, Josef, Hunter and Conner.
