We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2020, Florence Louise Sweet of Niles, Michigan, born in Dowagiac, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Pond and Johanna Pond (Velthouse); her spouse Palmer I. Sweet; her siblings, Delbert, Carlton, Frank Jr., Jimmy Joe Pond and Anna Lee Kutz; and her daughter-in-law Arloa Sweet.

She is survived by : her sons, Lester "Butch" Sweet (Barbara) of Niles and Dennis Sweet (Patricia) of Shelbyville; and her siblings, Harold Pond (Venice), Dick Pond, Alice Lambert, Bea Baker, Ethel Robbins and Nancy Faurot. She is also survived by six grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren.

Due to the COVID-19 virus, Florence's family will have a Celebration of Life at a date to be announced at a later time.
