She was predeceased by : her parents, Ollie Breland and Goldie Breland of Galien; her siblings, Joanne Lee Spencer "Dewey" of Buchanan, Ollie Jr. and Micheal Breland of Buchanan; and her nephew Jeff Breland of Buchanan.

She is survived by : her children, Maynard "Bud" Ewert of Niles, Starr Starbuck "Jim" of Niles and Mark Ewert "June" of Robins Iowa. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
