He is survived by: his children, Robert A. Mitchell (Pamela), Randy Mitchell (Betsy), Pamela Mitchell and Susan Simpson (Bobby); and his brother Leon Mitchell. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
