He is survived by: his wife Marsha Runnels; his children, Steven Kelley Jr., Tami Kitchell (Jason) and John Kelley (Melissa); his stepdaughter Laurie Klingerman (Patrick); his siblings, Ruth Ann Timze (Merle), Eddie Kelley (Colleen) and Tom Kelley (Leah Ann); and his grandchildren, Joseph, Cody, Kyle, Alexander, Tyler, Madelyn, Brittney and Dona-Jade. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
