He is survived by : his parents, LeRoy "Marty" Farnsworth and Natalie Farnsworth (Slocum) of North Branch; his siblings, Jacob Farnsworth of North Branch, Hannah Farnsworth of North Branch and Aaron Farnsworth of North Branch; his grandparents, Debra and Earl Slocum of Lapeer; his significant other Emily Carroll of Flint; his aunts, Christine Winnie (Gene) of Lapeer, Janie Steele (Michael) of Haymarket, Virginia and Sarah Lackey (Daren) of Webberville, MI; and his cousins, Cheyenne, Amber (Austin), Gwenyth (Alec), Zachary, Gabriel, Cameron (Katarina) and Brandon (Hannah).
