He was predeceased by : his mother Evelyn Rose DeWitt (Kartes); and his siblings, Jim and Arlene. He is survived by : his father John Henry; his wife Linda Beth McDonald; his children, John, Jody and Jackie Booher (Bill); his grandchildren, Jacob, Amanda, Bill, Stephie and Robert; and his sister Janet. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
