He is survived by: his wife Carole Ruiter; his children, Pamela (Steve), Jeff (Lisa), David and Amy (Jameson); his grandchildren, Anders, Mahilet, Joshua (Candice), Zachary (Hali), Seth (Kara), Joel, Anna, Catherine, Lydia (Jordan), Samuel (Allison) and Jameson; and his sisters, Idelle and Joyce (Jerry). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
