He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Arnouts and Lois Arnouts of Muskegon, Michigan.; and his brother Lloyd Arnouts. He is survived by: his grandson David John Arnouts; his wife Carole Arnouts; his sons, Casey Arnouts (Tammy) and David Arnouts (Ashley); his granddaughters, Katy, Becca, Grace, Emma and Olivia Arnouts; his siblings, Barb Peterson and Jim Arnouts; and his daughter Monica Shirley.

In lieu of flowers, Carole asks that memorial contributions be made to Grace Assembly of God.
