It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Johanna Stawara (Novi, Michigan), who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Norbert P Stawara; her parents, Stanley Kobak and Mary Kobak; her son James (Susan); and her brothers, Raymond, Walter, Leonard, Chester and Stanley.

She is survived by : her children, Michael (Laura), Michelle Jacques (Chet), Denise Schmidt (Craig) and Noreen; her grandchildren, Emilie Meiselbsbach (Kevin), Erin Van Tiem, Lauren Crosby (Brady), Elizabeth Burr and Phillip Mithen; her great grandchildren, Thomas, James, Chloe, Brooklyn, Kellen, Jordyn and Cash; and her sister Rita Garbus. She is also survived by brother in laws, sister in laws, and nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid, the funeral will be a small private ceremony.
