He was predeceased by: his brother Irving Louis Berkowitz. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Berkowitz; his daughters, Amy Chimovitz (Jared) and Lisa Berkowitz (Joshua Nunn); his grandchildren, Yael, Shayna, Naomi and Danielle Chimovitz; and his sister Frances Goldman (Milton). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
