She was predeceased by : her parents, William Sr. Kinney and Norma Kinney; her husband Francis Cooke Sr.; and her son Francis Cooke Jr. Elvira. She is survived by : her children, Brian Phillips (Agnes), Cheryl Phillips (Irwin Shenandoah), Todd Phillips, Bradley Cooke (Megan), Vernon Cooke and Wennik Cooke; her stepson Joel Hawley; her brother William Kinney Jr.; her mother-in-law Pauline Cooke; and her uncle James Tarbell (Louise). She is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
