He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Guzek and Shirley Skog; his brothers, James Negro, Mark Guzek and Keith Guzek; and his grandmother Mary.

He is survived by : his wife Rachel Negro; his children, Conner Negro and Samantha Hammar (Tray); his grandchildren, Madalynn Gail and Brycen Wade; his siblings, Kay Latvis (Jim), John Negro, Jackie Ernest (Kevin) and Dana Beard (John); his nephew Chad Negro; his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Mary Hamm; and his siblings-in-law, Philip Hamm and Lindsey Hamm. He is also survived by brother, several nieces and nephews.
