With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sophie Barcewicz (Orchard Lake, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 22, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor and Serafina; and her siblings, Anthony, Jane, Reggie and Frank (Barbara).

She is survived by: her sibling's children, Cheryl Barcewicz, Steve Barcewicz (Suzanne), Janet Stum (John) and Carolyn Hjelle (Steve); her great-nieces, Shauna Hitchcock (James), Stephanie Gordon (Michael) and Briana Benge (Grace Muller); and her great-nephew Spencer Barcewicz (Brooklyn).
