She was predeceased by: her husband Barry MacIntosh; her siblings, Linda Butler Kanyuh Ragatz, Max Butler, Howard Butler and Joel Butler; and her parents, John Butler and Margaret Butler (Kutsch).
She is survived by: her son Stephen Cumbey; her grandsons, Zander, Nolan and Ashton Cumbey; and her sisters, Janice Butler Geiger Baum and Doris Butler Lemert (Bert). She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces.
Preferred memorials are to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or the Salvation Army.
