He was predeceased by : his parents, George Chizmadia and Theresa Chizmadia; and his brother Gerald Chizmadia. He is survived by : his children, Kathryn Chizmadia and Jonathan Chizmadia; his grandchildren, Eva and James; and his siblings, Debbie Miller (Vick) and Duane Chizmadia (Antoinette).
