She was predeceased by : her parents, Orba Parker and Roma Parker (Travis); and her brothers, James Parker and Anderson Parker. She is survived by : her husband Duane Oaks; and her children, Greg Oaks, Jeffrey Scott Oaks (Jody) and Susan Beattie (Tyrone Minto). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; 2 nephews; 2 nieces; many other loving family members and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org), in Peggy's memory.
