He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Chapman and Iva Chapman; his brother David; his son Jeffrey; and his daughter-in-law Patty.
He is survived by : his wife Joanne Brown; and his sons, Michael of Brighton, Mark of Kalamazoo, John (Linda) of Kalamazoo, Aaron (Kathy) of Kalamazoo and Eric (Jodi) of Allegan. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and his brother.
