He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Shively and Margaret Shively (Pfeiffer); his wife Judith Shively; his brothers, Ray Segur and Rod Segur; his sons, Kenny (Donna), Kregg (Sandy) and Khris (Lynne); and also Judith Scott. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
