He was predeceased by: his father Pascal Bowen; his nephew Josh Goad; his brother Richard Tate (Sue); and his brother-in-law Doug. He is survived by: his mother Ethel Smith (Parks); his stepfather Don Smith; his siblings, Kathy Boeresinger, Jeff Bowen (Linda), Deb Bowen, Greg Bowen, Randy Bowen (Tammy Coleman) and Stephanie Hart (Art); his girlfriend Aliesa DeGeer; and his close friends, John Suire, Pat Bendall, Luther Haddix, Shane Natzel and Joe Szakal. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
