He was predeceased by: his father Leonard James Ross; and his grandparents, Noreen Britcher, Earl and Helen Ross. He is survived by: his mother Debra Joy Britcher; his wife Makayla Jill Schlenker; his daughters, Neva, Selah and Eden; his stepmother Barbara Ross; his sister Jennifer Margrif (Scott); his stepbrothers, Jimmy McTheeney (Helen) and Lenny McTheeney (Melissa); and his grandfather David Britcher.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a trust fund for Neva, Selah, and Eden Ross. Donations can be earmarked "Ross Family Trust" and sent to Church of God (Seventh Day), 4150 S M-52, Owosso, MI 48867.
