He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kelly and Jacqueline Kelly (Caron); his stepfather Ivan Tinklepaugh; his parents-in-law, Jerome and Suzanne Sigafoose; and his aunt Rosemary Sigafoose.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Sigafoose); his sons, Christopher A Kelly, Jon-David Kelly and Reichert W Kelly; and his siblings, Caron Seward, Shawn Kelly (Kathy), Deborah Ritter (Dan) and Keith Seward. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
