She was predeceased by: her parents, Gayle Warren and Betty Warren (Cole); her husband William "Bill" Smith; and her siblings, Linda, Billy, Greg and George.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Warren (Sara), B. J. Smith (Jess), April Double (Paul) and Troy Smith (Heather); and her brothers, Gary Warren, Jeff Warren, Rick Warren (Sandy) and David Warren. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
