She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Paul and Emily Mildred Sykora (Mosne). She is survived by : her husband Charlie Lewis; her son Chad Lewis; her brother Dennis Sykora (Donita); her niece Denise Sykora; and her nephew Michael Sykora (Cheyenne).
