She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Guysky and Mary Guysky (Marczewski); her husband Ralph Wiegel; her siblings, Cecelia, Helen, William, John, Adam, Joseph, Arthur, Frank and Stanley; and her granddaughter Jennifer Irwin (Ostrander).
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Whipple of Owosso, Sue Irwin (Russ) of Owosso and Jane Farr (Craig) of Houghton Lake; her grandchildren, Brian Ostrander of Anchorage, Charlie Whipple (Colleen) of Washington, D. C., Kristin Ordiway (Art) of Lansing, Katie Kanan (Dominic) of DeWitt, Jill Burke of Owosso and Jessica Farr of Owosso; her great grandchildren, Scarlett Whipple, Charlie Whipple, Dominic Kanan (DJ), Maci Kanan, Chloe Frances Kanan, Clara Ordiway, Arthur Ordiway, Taylor Farr, Ashlyn Burke and Caden Minton; and her brother-in-law Dr. John Conroy of Belding. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations given in Fran's name are suggested to the Shiawassee County Humane Society.
