He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sue Johnston; his children, Paul Smith (Monica), Kevin Smith, Tim Smith (Caroline), Jason Kae-Smith (Trina Crowe) and Amy Sexton (Steve); his grandchildren, Ross Smith, Ashley Rogers (Tom), Kevin "Kyle" Smith (Trisha), Allison Sweet (Dalton), Dakota Smith (Emily), Zoe Smith, Eli Smith, Griffin Smith, Alexis Crowe, Steven Sexton and Hannah Sexton; his brother Jack Wietfeldt (Betty); and his sister-in-law Patsy Smith. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
