She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wiegel and Lydia Wiegel (Dreuth); her husband William F. Smith; her son Henry "Hank" Smith; her son-in-law Gary Miller; and her siblings, Henry, William Wiegel, Margaret Turk (Willard) and Dorothea Rowe (Stanley).

She is survived by: her children, Kathy Smith (Jim), Connie Miller (Felix Risdale), Mark Smith (Lori) and Lori Merrill (Jeff); her grandchildren, Paula Smith, James Smith, Kathy Clapp (Kirk), Joe Miller (Erin), Holly Gilroy (Rob), Jacob Smith (Linda Solano), Matt Smith, Sara Selleck (Andrew Ramirez), Michael Smith (Tim), Courtney Smith (Amber Berndt), Kylie Potter (Nick), William Selleck, Quinton Merrill, Marcus Merrill and Cary Norton (Nadiya); her great grandchildren, Cooper Clapp, Zack Smith, Annie Gilroy, Riley Clapp, Grace Miller, Alex Smith, Katie Gilroy, Abby Gilroy, Maddie Miller, Sunni Smith, Meadow Smith and Sophie Potter; and her friend Kerry Howard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and other loving family and friends.
