He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Clark (Hays); and his brothers, Jack Clark and Michael Clark. He is survived by: his father Wayne Clark; his sister Brenda Zamora (Timothy) of Flushing; his sister-in-law Laura Clark; his close friend Alberta Phillips; Mark. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Owosso Memorial Hospice.
