It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Ruth (Wagar) Veale (Owosso, Michigan), who passed away on October 20, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sperry and Gertrude Sperry (Watson); and her siblings, Elnora Price, Charles and Ralph Sperry.
She is survived by: her former husband Joseph Wagar; her husband Duane Veale; her children, John Wagar (Sandra) of Clarkston, Jay Wagar (Landa) of Henderson and Jane Langhals (Phil) of Port Clinton, OH; her grandchildren, Lisa Mowl (Jay), Sarah Faber (Ian), Jonathan Wagar, Peter Wagar (Veta), Ki Mary Compton (Patrick), Susanna Henry (Matthew), Mandee Gilwa (Stefan), Sara Benson (Phil), Lindsay Benson, Branden Langhals (Jill), Logan Langhals, Kimberly Place (Derek) and Kathryn Bordes; her sister Mary Lou Lawson; and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Sperry. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
