She is survived by: her husband Jack Rappuhn; her children, Trent Rappuhn (Tammy) and Tammy VanHorn (Mike); her grandchildren, Jade, Justin, Abraham, Jacey Rappuhn, Travis Forsythe (Taylor Dimoff), Whitney (Joe Krizaj) and Jordan VanHorn; and her sister Kathy Fitnich (Mike).
