He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Shaulis and Edna Shaulis (Oller); his wife Carol Shaulis; and his siblings, Melvin Shaulis and Louise Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Shaulis (Joann) and Anthony Shaulis (Mary); his grandchildren, Jessica (Jared), Timothy (Ariel), Teresa, Lianna, Aaron, Killian and Gwendolyne; his great grandchildren, Trey, Jessalyn and Jameson; and his siblings, Eugene Shaulis (Orleta) and Patricia Christy. He is also survived by Many Nieces and Nephews along with other loving friends.
