He is survived by: his wife Cherry Devereaux; his children, William Price (Julie), Kevin Price (Angie) and Melissa Clark (Matt); his great grandchild Grayson; his siblings, Lois Runkle and Bernard Price; Clayton, Mallorie, Amber, Sierra, Olivia, Matthew Jr. Trey, Cameron and Jaxin.
