She is survived by: her children, John Forsythe (Cindy), Mary Lupu and Heather Forsythe; her grandchildren, Mark Forsythe (Leslie), Joe Forsythe, Joshua Forsythe, Travis Forsythe, Amanda Forsythe, John Forsythe III, Bob Lupu II, John Lupu (Amanda), Steve Lupu (Jackie), Elizabeth Hoard (Nick) and April Ziehmer (Felicia); and also Wendy Forsythe.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dewitt Christian Church.
