He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Miller and Naomi Miller (Rapp); and his brothers, Jim Sprague and Rick Miller. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Harper; his children, Chris Miller and Mike Miller; and his grandchildren, Aliyah, Braylee and Amelia. He is also survived by brothers and sisters; several nieces and nephews.
