He is survived by: his significant other Christine Reich; his sons, Richard Johnson, Scott Johnson (Karen) and Wade Johnson; and his grandchildren, Krystal, Dalton, Beau and Michaela. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
