He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Macklin and Barbara Macklin (Bennett). He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Tribfelner, Joe Macklin and Julia Zimmerman (Lon); Patty Bush, Valerie Potter, Guy Jones, Patty Taylor and Jeremy Case. He is also survived by five nephews; one niece.
