He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Dahlgren and Ruby Dahlgren (Richmond); his spouse Betsey West; and his sisters, Joyce Brill and Donna Lou Dahlgren.
He is survived by: his children, Martin Dahlgreen and Bonnie Twiss (Timothy); and his sister Diane Walsh (Michael) of Arcadia. He is also survived by the birds and small animals that were cheerful companions.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Robert may be directed to Redeemer Lutheran Church of Owosso.
