Moberg and Ann Moberg (Kashmar); his wife Diane Smith; his daughters, Jennifer Moberg (Peter Kuhn) and Katie Reed of Louisville Kentucky; his grandson Grant Kuhn; his son-in-law Jeffrey Reed of Michigan; Max Smith. He was also cherished by 2 sisters and 3 brothers.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan.
