He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Pappas and Myrtle Pappas (Loux); his wife Shirley Ann LaChapelle; and his son Steven. He is survived by: his children, Robert Pappas Jr., Robin Brown, Judy Pappas, Maryanne Pappas and Renee Smith; his grandchildren, Mallory Harbitz (Jason), Parker Brown, Charity Smith (Dakota Davies), Jeffrey Tithof (Sarah), Kristen Vielma (Robbie) and Taylor Worley (Jesse); his great grandchildren, Sloane Harbitz, Dalton, Dylan, Devin, Dawson Davies and Arlo Tithof; and his brothers, Peter Pappas (Margaret) and Lester Pappas (Barbara). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
