It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Stewart Welsh (Owosso, Michigan), who passed away on October 15, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Welsh and Frances Marie Welsh (Richter); his wife Jacquelyn Sue Felker; his siblings, Steve Niko (Deb) and Elaine Niko-Shugart (Terry); his grandson John Valerio; Terrene Lynch (Dewitt), Heather Vincent, Jeremy Minarik (Cheyenne), Regina Welsh (Joe Hayes) and Kevin Minarik. He was also cherished by his 18 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
