He was predeceased by: his father Steve Levitski; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his mother Aletha Levitski (Isham); his wife Patricia Van Luven; his children, Tim and Teresa Blount (Curt); his grandchildren, Jared and Laura; and his great grandchild Kailey.
