He is survived by: his children, Danielle Hart (Ron), Nathan Meredith (Ana) and Toya Clay (Brice); his grandchildren, Brody, Ace, Addison and Kylee; and his siblings, Sherry Lewis (Tom), Rose Gilchrist, Keith Meredith (Kelly) and Noel Meredith (Paula).
