He is survived by : his father Paul Michalec (Sandi); his former life partner Christin Morgan; his wife Chrissy; his mother Kathy Michalec (Zatkovic); his stepchildren, Riley Gale and Nicholas Gale; his sister Heather Ellis (Brent); his stepsiblings, Matthew Grey (Chrissy) and Larinda Zemla (Brian); his nieces and nephews, Mackenzie Ellis, Steven Ellis, Autumn Loos (David), Ashleigh Walworth (Jeff Foreman) and Ryan Root (Laken Williamson); his brothers-in-law, Kyle Morgan (Shelly), Hunter, Haley and Haven Morgan (Donna Crawford Taylor); and his pet Indica.
