Vernal Walker Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernal Walker of Owosso, Michigan, born in Milan, Tennessee, who passed away on December 10, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hollie Walker and Zedia Walker; his wife Janice Ruth Nixon; his children, Shelly Burns (Jim) of Webberville, Rosemary Leonard (John) of Owosso, Vernal, Jr. of Owosso, Dennis Walker (Amy) of Owosso and George Walker of Owosso; his granddaughter Nicole Bates; and his great grandchild Sawyer Walker. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association.
