He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Baker and Elsie Baker (Michnig); and his brothers, Glenn, Richard and Shar.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Witherell, Victor Baker II (Sheila), Katerina Pease (Jeff), Mark Baker and Jeremy Baker; and his sisters, Lily, Joan (Ray), Reha and Lorilei. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shiawassee Commission on Aging.
