He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Starr Sr.; his wife Patricia; and his sister Marryanne Starr. He is survived by: his daughter Terry Trowbridge (Curt); his grandsons, Christopher Casserly and Alexander Trowbridge; and his siblings, Frank Starr, Albert Ray Starr, Steven Starr (Penny), Edward Starr (Terrie), Dan Starr and Susan Starr. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
