He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Makowski and Barbara Makowski (Jamroz); and his daughter Stephanie Anne Makowski. He is survived by: his wife Jane Makowski; his children, Stephen Gerard, Michele Sivley (Jeff), Melissa Makowski (Gerald Daniels) and Michael Makowski (Vicki); his grandchildren, Rachel, Melissa (Courtney), Clayton (Cheyenne), Stephanie, David, Ericka, Emily and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Cayla and Haylie; and his brother-in-law Melville Hazen (Madge).
