He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy T. Jach and Donna L. Jach (Squire); his brothers, Paul T. Jach and Stephen C. Jach; and his nephew Samuel A. Miller.
He is survived by:, Kevin Jach, Wendy Miller (Kevin), Glenn Jach (Carrie), Jo Linda Jach (Barb Ramber), Sabrina Jach and Glenna Jach. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
