He is survived by: his mother Mary Willoughby (Farley) of Paw Paw; his daughter Juliana Willoughby of Bangor; his sisters, Ronda Bottenfield (Boyd) of Waynesboro and Lisa Lee of Holland; and his nieces, Danielle of Staunton, Doolie of Paw Paw, Abigayle of Wyoming and Mich.
