We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2020, at the age of 65, James Batog (Petoskey, Michigan), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Batog, Sr. and Emily Batog (Adamczak); his brother Leo Batog, Jr. (Ruth); and his sister-in-law Marge Krchak. He is survived by: his wife Janet Batog of Alanson; his daughter Abbie Batog (Mark Kautz) of Superior Township; his brother Alan Batog (Barbara); his parents-in-law, Patti Hall and Rick Ford (Julie Pater); his sibling's children, Christopher Batog (Elaine), Danette Knight (Chris), Julie Bailey (Luke), Matthew Hall (Allison) and Dennis Hall; and his daughter Heather Degaynor of Harbor Springs.
